We’re excited you’re interested in making Baltimore Place your new home. Our application process is straightforward and designed to help you get settled quickly. Please complete the form below to begin your journey with us.

  • Applying for your new home at Baltimore Place is easy. Here’s how it works:

    1. Complete the Online Application Form: Provide your contact details, personal information, and additional information requested.

      Or Download Printable application and mail to Baltimore Place Homes, PO Box 202, Blue Mound, IL 62513.

    2. Application Fee: Upon receiving applicant’s competed application, a link will be sent to the provided email address for an online background and financial check. Each applicant is responsible for paying the $40 background check fee.

      Any application without a completed background check will not be considered.

    3. Application Review: We will review your application and contact you to discuss the next steps.

    4. Lease Agreement & Move-In: Once approved, you’ll be provided with a lease agreement to review and sign. From there, it’s time to make yourself at home!
