Applying for your new home at Baltimore Place is easy. Here’s how it works:
1. Complete the Online Application Form: Provide your contact details, personal information, and additional information requested.
  Or Download Printable application and mail to Baltimore Place Homes, PO Box 202, Blue Mound, IL 62513.
2. Application Fee: Upon receiving applicant’s competed application, a link will be sent to the provided email address for an online background and financial check. Each applicant is responsible for paying the $40 background check fee.
  Any application without a completed background check will not be considered.
3. Application Review: We will review your application and contact you to discuss the next steps.
4. Lease Agreement & Move-In: Once approved, you’ll be provided with a lease agreement to review and sign. From there, it’s time to make yourself at home!

I hereby certify that I am at least eighteen (18) years of age, and that all the information provided in this Residential Rental Application is true and correct. I authorize the landlord and its agents to obtain one or more investigative consumer credit reports from consumer reporting agencies such as Equifax, Experian, and Trans Union, and to carry out other investigations including, but not limited to, credit history searches, OFAC searches, landlord/tenant court record searches, civil and criminal record searches, and registered sex offender searches. I authorize the release of information from previous or current landlords, employers, bank or financial institution representatives, and personal references. I agree to furnish additional credit history, proof of employment, proof of income, and/or personal references upon request by the landlord. I understand that incomplete or incorrect information provided in this Residential Rental Application may cause a delay in processing which may result in denial of tenancy. The information provided in this Residential Rental Application is for resident investigation and screening purposes and is strictly confidential. I hereby hold the landlord and its agents free and harmless of and from any liability for any damages arising out of any inadvertent disclosure of information provided in this Residential Rental Application.
