Baltimore Place is developed, built, and managed by KLH Homes, a family-owned business with deep roots in Central Illinois. At the heart of KLH Homes is Zach Luka, owner and general contractor, who brings nearly 20 years of hands-on construction experience to every project. For the past 15 years, Zach has run his own business, and since 2016, he and his wife Gracie have led KLH Homes with a focus on quality craftsmanship and personal connection.

Customers quickly learn that working with KLH Homes means working with Zach himself. From the first demo to the final finishing touch, Zach is fully immersed in each build. With the development of Baltimore Place, the Luka family is excited to contribute something lasting and meaningful to the Mt.
